paypal threatens me what?

We have been selling from our website for 4 years and now paypal tells me that i have to remove their logo and all referances or they will take legal action. I have received this email today from paypal. it is not a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email, it is real.

What i do, linking different stealth paypal accounts to our website ,everytime one goes down after short time.

Does paypal have a list of blacklist of websites? What do you think?

get a new domain and forward the old website to the new one?
