Do I have to go thru all this just to pay using Paypal? help?

I new here, I just got my account permanently limited after over 10 years with them. I was my fault. I just want to be able to pay at websites using Paypal and not doing ecommerce with it. Got merchant account now and very happy with it but I can't go on ebay and other sites and pay using paypal? Apparently even Payza is billed thru paypal. My ebay account wasn't suspended.

Any suggestion will be very helpful and very much appreciated. Do I really need to get new address, I can get that, new bank accounts etc?

Welcome to the forum

Since your paypal is permanently limited, you need to either use another method to purchase or create a new paypal account.

To do that you need everything new.
