What time is Paypal's cutoff time for withdrawing funds?

At what time does Paypal cut off withdrawal transactions and push them to the following day?

Who knows... The sooner you withdraw the faster you'll receive your funds. :)

If I were to guess, they're on cali time and midnight. :) ONly a guess.

Guess it comes down to the workers if they are taking nap or something.
I was told once that they change shifts at 11 west coast time. So it might be that anything before 11 is today and the next shift goes into the following day.

I found the answer to my own question, it's 5pm PST.
