request money does not work
 

i send paypal invoice to buyer by "request money", type goods (other), but some buyer say they are unable to pay, they get the message as below, some can pay, what is the problem there? thanks

This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

Your Paypal account isn't limited is it?

Thats the only time Ive recd that msg--- PP has a limitation on you--look through your emails, or go to tthe resolution ctr--see what they want??

no, my paypal is still working! why this message comes out?? strange some buyer can pay, some can not pay

When did you do the refund to the ebay employee? Has your paypal problem happened since then? If it has, then you may be about to get really bad news.... really bad.
When did you LAST check if your paypal is limited, eg, in the last 6 hours?

OK--so some buyers can pay--some cannot--check your SETTINGS--
If youve have set--do not accept pyts from other countries/ or--ask me first to accept/
OR;
only accept with a COnfirmed address?/ Check these--this maybe your problem...

thank you for all your posts, this paypal does not work with "ebay employee" cases, i have several paypal accounts LOL

and it is money requesets, no ebay auction item number, if you did that, you know the type. very strange issue, but since the paypal still work, that is not a big problem, but i am just very curious, maybe related to my paypal account with no credit card? (last one overdue and i haven't added a new one), maybe if the buyer pay from paypal balance, it works, if the buyer pay via credit card balance, it failed because i have no credit card on file?

how to resolve it?

someone pay me, i use "money requeset" feature to get someone paid (send paypal invoice).

it's the other person's fault, most likely that his account is limited.

I have the same problem, but in my situation both PayPal accounts Mexico are mine, an account that is new and the other is 6 years old , I try to send money from the new to the old and receive a message Sorry at this time is not possible perform this operation.

Request a withdrawal of some money for my bank Payonner is my first transfer and I allowed it with any problem, I tried sending a request for payment from the old account to the new one, but neither worked, I tried several times on different days, but I frightens try more times.
