I seen this in Valaero the other day

anyone know if you can access paypal funds with it?

Sure but this is only going to work with Real Accounts. Your going to have to give them SSN, Real Name, Real Address, etc.

I try to think outside the box when it comes to debit cards. To date, in my opinion, nobody beats greendot, but I did try paypal debit. Before I loaded anything on it, they limited it. Saying something about needed more information. That was a red flag for me. :mod: It made me think that even if I supplied the info, what happens when I load more money on. Good ole PP will limit me and take it. Nah, I will stay with greendot and bank freedom debit cards. Bonus with greendot, once you load it, paypal/google checkout can not take the money off of it if your account gets shut down.

Is SSN compulsory to to get the Paypal debit card? If not can the people out side US use some mail forwarding service to get a card?

I think there is some sort of prepaid service through post office where they can send you a priority mail. The problem can happen on the other side of the sea especially if you leave in small town. Those kinds of mail never make it to the destination.

even though they need ssn, i still think it would work on stealth if it matches your name, as crazy as it may sound

This is a pretty old thread, but kudos on using the search :)

It may work as a one off, but it would not really be a stealth account. It would be your 'real details' account.
