if im makeing a new bank account i would be giveing a new debit card rite ... so i dnt under stand way i would need a prepaid card to verify my account ...sorry if im asking a dumb ? thanks for the replies :)

Because that debit card is registered to YOUR real Address, zipcode and Name. A Prepaid can be registered to any zipcode and and there is no name association.

Prepaid card will allow for confirmation of your account bluebird - verification is done with bank account - both allow for strong pp account
