Steps Instead of VCC (for New Physical Debit/CC Card)
 

Instead of doing the VCC process for Amazon and Ebay account creation, can my friend re-use a legitimate, working debit card (thats tied to friend's real bank account) -- But the information subnmitted to Amazon or PP will be changed (different 16 digit numbers on card, expiration date, etc.) because my friend calls the bank to tell them of the lost debit card so New gets sent. The bank mails a new one with all new 16 digit numbers, CVC, and expiration.
**A lot of the posts here are about VCC failing and difficulty to get past the debit card step for Amazon and Ebay. Will this work?

I have not tried debit card for AZ but it does work, a new number for your debit is good.
