Paypal Question

I have $72 on my Paypal account, i am trying to pay an invoice of $70.

When i go to pay now, i get through the continue page onto the pay now page but when i press pay now it brings me back to the continue page again.

Also tried it with $36 and still no luck, anyone know why this is happening ?

Are the funds from sales? Are they still being held?

You know what would help in this case - a few screenshots so we can fully understand the message (Blot out your personal info).

What country paypal is this?

If it is UK, are you sure you have cleared funds in US dollars?
