That's Paypal for you. It's really easy to get scammed through Paypal; I've seen businesses go under just because of all the fraudulent chargeback's they receive. It's ridiculous.

As we all know that now Paypal is a "bank" in Luxembourg

That to me just shows me what kind of company they really are.
