Adding a new bank account, then backing out
 

I tried to add a new bank account to my PP, which already has a bank account attached.
Entered the sort code and account number, then backed out when it asked me for phone verification because I was in two minds.

Will my paypal note down a "bank account add attempt" or something?

OR

If I add this bank to another paypal, will it show some indication that I "tried" to add this bank to another paypal in the past?

I work on the premise that pp keeps data on EVERYTHING entered on the website.

But you might be ok because no verification done - only way is to try it out on different account
