Verifying a European Paypal
 

More precisely - an Estonian Paypal. The VBA sellers I've encountered so far all state that their VBA's only work with US Paypals.

Should I keep on looking for a VBA supplier that might have VBA's that work for verifying European Paypals or should I drop this altogether and focus my energy on creating USA/Canadian Paypals and then using Estonian VCC's to withdraw?

I have European PayPal account in Spain and I just needed a VCC to verify it. Is it not the same in Estonia?

@Johnson1: So Spain is one of the credit card verify/withdrawal countries? I thought that it was bank account only there.

Don't keep looking for a European VBA as there doesn't seem to be one other than for US/Canada, and you don't need one anyway... Estonia will verify with a VCC (bank accounts don't work for verifying Estonian Paypals anyway... and the only banks that you can withdraw to are US ones) but for withdrawals you are going to have to get a "real" card... VCC withdrawals will get you instantly limited, so don't try it.

Thank for the information! :) I'll see if I can verify with a VCC. As for withdrawing - one of the local banks here offers an option to open a debit card that can be used for online purchases. Perhaps I could use that? It would be linked to my main account, but it's definitely more than just a VCC.
