I got the 45 day email, but still took 180 days to withdraw. Some people say they have called a cried about having to pay bills and they released early, but I usually don't leave that much to worry about in my accounts anyway.

it will still make you wait the 6 months.

The 180 day rule tends to go over any of this 45 day email they send you -- you can always try after 45 days but likely you will be told to wait 180 days to cover chargebacks

paypal can give whatever length of time it wants for limitation.

For the majority of accounts the time is 180 days.

Some users have had notice of funds being held for the shorter 45 days.

Final determination is a case by case basis.

Why not tell us more info on the two accounts, including country of paypal.

Try calling after 45 days and see what they say - sometimes experimentation can yield rewards...sometimes...well the risk :(
