Bank account with Paypal

Hello I have a quick question.

In a paypal account if I remove a bank account can I add it later again in the same account without a problem? Or paypal will give some kind of message that the account has been used before or something.

Your question does not make sense, If you added the bank account why remove it? Are you trying to prevent Ebay from taking funds from it?

yes MM78 some little issue with a customer being paranoid so I am looking for a maybe case in here and since ebay always gives the buyer the reason no matter what...
