Tax Info question from newbie

Hey all,

Long time reader and stealth user. Had an account here a while back, but thankfully didn't need to log on.

Just received this message from paypal regarding the tax id number.

I have my paypal account in my first name (Rich), not richard, and the last letter is missing from my real last name.

What would be the best way of verifying this through paypal? I don't have a lot of activity on the account, maybe $75 per week.
