Required signature. USPS didnt get one

So I sent a package and requested signature confirmation. I look at the tracking and somehow the person was able to waive signature confirmation. I called the post office and they say the best they can do is refund my money for the signature confirmaton. Has anyone had anything like this happen before? Im sure I clicked not to allow for signature waiver as the amout was def over $250. If this guy files a dispute im outta luck so I am really nervous now.

what did it say?
Did you have insurance?
Bring all your evidence with you and show them that you tagged off the waiver button to the local post master. They should be able to go into the record of the transaction and see that you paid for it.
Whatever they say to do, get it in writing.
Cover all of your tail before the buyer can figure this out.

Make a stink before the buyer can think :FF:

I had this happen before, & called & spoke with local post office supervisor. They can speak with the delivery mailperson, & confirm it was delivered, & later post online info.

Look up post office phone info by googling, & call monday.

Dust of a boy cow.

They contravened their own postal regulations.

B4 panicking, go over your own paperwork. Do not be forced into a corner because of USPS.

Ask yourself this. As a regular seller wtfudge would you suddenly send an item & have signature waiver. :fight: Did not happen, did it.

USPS have created an incorrect scenario for you by all of their actions.

Let us know more please. You have to fight this rubbish

:fight:
