You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.

Hey guys,

this is strange, whenever i try to send payment/pay for an invoice i get an error "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." i have enough funds in my paypal accounts..i just started getting this error yesterday. is there a way to fix this problem? thanks

Are the Funds, "On Hold" or Cleared?

the payments are all cleared. i read up on this,i however ive waiting 48hrs and im still having this issue.
