So am I screwed now, Need new acct?
 

Well Ok so I opend up a new PP acct along with My new ebay acct.
So now I Just got suspended on ebay, not 100% sure why, I think/hope it just bcause of my fees since they have been bugging me for about 3 weeks to pay my fees. Code I got is MC000

HOWEVER, at the same 10min earlier My PP acct is restricted., Now I did have one guy complaining that he wanted a refund for a used part.

But I got the SAME email (2 of them) from both ebay and Paypal!
with:


1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Click on the My Account tab
3. Click on the sub-tab Resolution Center
4. Go to the Action column
5. Click on the Resolve button and complete the requested steps on each
lifting requirement outlined.


one of the 3 steps is Asking to verify SSN...

So am I done with this Acct?
I was going to pay my ebay fees with the PP balance...but... can I not do that now?

did u follow the stealth book. Changing ip, clearing cookies, flashcookies, new addres, tel number, name etc etc if so you wouldnt be banned me thinks ;)

yes I did all that, But I dont think the "caught me"

But since they are asking for a SSN, which if obviously cant provide....
and not being sure if my ebay Acct is blocked because of Ebay fees or because of Paypal..
so if it is fees and I pay them will Ebay get me back on, even if i dont clear up paypal?

what did you do wrong on paypal. For starters they are linked, so if your in the red with paypal, your ebay will go down. Vice versa. What is the problem with paypal?

well thats what im not sure, which caused which.
But basically 2 things, Something I was late on shipping, they guy said he didnt get it yet, I was actually just about to input the shipping info for that.

and B, the guy who said he wanted a refund for the used part I send him (was missing one peice but the guy said he would take it anyway, then changes his mind after he gets it!!)

But If I cant resolve all 3 "steps" for my acct, specifically the SSN problem... should i bother with anything else?

Almost 8hrs later.

As modee says and I agree with him paypal is a dead end. I suggest you link a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ paypal account to your ebay account and go ahead and make a ccnow account then accept payments from it.
You were probably suspended because you sold too quickly on a new account or the dollar amount paid to the paypal account was higher than $500.

You have to pay your ebay fees if you want to keep an account going. If you are not going to use them then it is different, but once you start paying late on a good account it will catch up with you.

you will not get this paypal account back without a social security number in my opinion. start fresh, buy the stealth book, and good luck

OK but does that mean I cant get the ebay acct back either?
I dont mind dropping the paypal acct

HI: Maybe if you catch up your ebay fees--BUT, theyre gonna want a linked pp acct--
Once you ve already linked them--sounds like a crap shoot--

Seems like--better to start with clean slate--new pp and new ebay..
