limited: confirm location by landline phone
 

Hey guys,
my paypal got hit with a limitation, im asked to confirm location (address on my paypal/credit card) by landline phone. i tried using a friends landline, got the call, however after entering the pin i got a message saying, "cant use pulic database" as a result the confirmation was unsuccessful. Also, I tried confirming with cellphones to no avail. ive searched the forum but cant seem to find a solution for this. Can some please help? is there a forwarding service or anything that works for my situation. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

hey guys, just got an email saying "paypal will be sending my pin via letter mail." problem is the address is a stealth addy. is it possible to forward this to another address? the letter will soon be sent out.
