Dear forumers, i was scammed of $329 the other day wanting to buy a vcc to pay my ebay account fees. Today the dispute was over and i was favoured. But get what?!?! I only got back $0.10!!!! I guess the guy transferred the money to another account.
Can you please tell me is there any chance of getting back my money? If so, how?

Ive never heard of a way to recover if theres no money-- I mean yes-you can report to Police/file in civil court-etc, but bottom line is your money--Ive lost over $400 to overseas seller before..

If the $329 was pulled from your CC then do a chargeback via the CC to paypal. You will get your money back. Guaranteed. Paypal bends over when Visa or Mastercard knocks on their door.
If the $329 came from Paypal funds, well, paypal just bent someone else over without vaseline.
