Can I add multiple stealth acct's to 3rd Party Accounting Software?
 

So I am working with a new accountant and using xero.com ... he wants me to link up the paypal accounts onto my xero account (https://help.xero.com/us/#BankAccounts_PayPal$BK_Feeds) . I dont know if this is a good idea though. What will paypal see? When xero accesses paypal for data, does paypal log an incoming ip from them? If so will that ip be theirs or the ip of the device requesting access?

I'm going to add then and see what happens.

Google chrome has an addon that does something like that also. You should look into it! Plus it's FREE!


Just google search "google chrome addons" and you'll see it and type in EB or PP in it on the site and you'll see it. I seen it a few days ago but the app only works half the time but once it does work it's very good from what I have read. But I wouldn't waste my time with it. I do all my book keeping on excel, I write down the product brands, the cost, shipping rates paid, my price paid, amount QTY sold, EB Fees, PP fees, etc. Why pay for a service when you can do it your self?

Well I Started speaking to a new accountant to help me out with EIN and taxes. The first day we spoke he set me up on xero. I linked it up with all my bank accounts and was about to link up with PayPal but then backed out last minute. If I'm not mistaken, we are able to get a summary printout of all transactions, fees, Taxs, etc, from PayPal, correct? If that's the case then I would rather print and log my transactions manually rather then have the added risk when linking to xero.
