I am going to create a US Paypal account, I wondered if Im ready to go with this:

1) American VPN with Cyberghost Premium
2) VBA US account
3) AVS VCC Paypal/ebay

No, it has flaws.

Choice of IP access may not be well favored by paypal.

Your means of funding the account are often checked by paypal & the account gets limited.

Need more work. You should be aiming to present a 'real' you truly based in the USA.

PayPal would most likely be able to notice that your IP address is a server IP. I use similar IP monitoring for lead verification. Think about what PayPal is going to think if somebody is checking their account through a server - what type of person would do that?

you will need a ssn number for usa pp accounts ,

vba will verify , removing the withdraw limit is more tricky :thumb:

Is SSN verification essential now? I have few accounts verified with vba + avsvcc.

When you verify your PP account, PP gives an option of providing your SSN or adding a credit card to remove the limits. You can add either one. But if you start selling and start getting closer to 20k a year or 200 items I believe PP will ask you for your SSN
