when is it ok to add new bank account to paypal?
 

need to add different bank account but dont want to raise any red flags

also when is it ok to change a address??

All changes can raise red flags but if you need to make changes then you have no choice.

People change banks all the time so providing you do it correctly then it should not cause you any problems

I had three bank accounts, all different names to one account and there was never a problem. Also changed address twice in one day, and that was two different countries! The account is still going!

Every account is different. Be careful, but you should be fine.

I have switched bank accounts on multiple accounts - no issues.

Adding bank accounts should not be a problem.

If you can just leave the other bank account on file ( for the time being).

Whilst address changes can & do raise flags, people do move. Therefore an address change is needed.

But, my question now is, what are the reasons for your questions?
