Hi guys,

Let's say I have a stealth account which is over a year old, and only now do I add a bank account to it for withdrawal.

Is it ok?

Not in my usage of paypal.

I vary attaching the bank account according to what I intend to do.

paypal 'likes' to see accounts being verified & confirmed. Makes them feel warm & happy.
Bank account being added should not be bad.

PS.......... however I would not race to withdraw large hunks of money.

If that was your aim, then be very careful of how you handle everything.

So If I do add a bank account to a stealth account like 1-2 year late (Whereas I never added one before), this would be fine?

I also plan to withdraw with it.
