help me with this paypal situation
 

my stealth account = X country .

i cannot withdraw from it since its made on ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details and that country doesnt allow the paypal money to upload on vcc ...also i dont want to link my real account with it ....how do i use that money ??

i have found few solutions which includes

1) Funds exchange at high rates

2) buying giftcard and re selling it somewhere else ....it takes lot of time ..

anyone have any better solution for it ???

Well it's kind of hard to help you if we don't know what Country the PayPal is in.

I enjoy these threads.

User knowingly made a paypal in another country but has no idea how to get money out of the account.

Then comes along here and wants a solution.

Does not work that way.

You supply more info for some one to try to help you.

Send money to someone who can withdraw it. Simple.

It's better to know some friends and send them money as if you bought something from them. This may be better than just sending straight money.
Even though you have to pay fee for the transaction but it's better than nothing.

^^^Such an option runs a very great risk of both accounts being limited.

Should really tell the OP that chance.

TBH, this depends on Country X. Transactions in certain countries are going to be flagged

As for the OP posting, 1) and 2) can work - you will lose a bit though.

i did not make account unknowigly ...before i used to make less money so used to send it to my real acnt and withdraw from it .. now i have scaled it up and am making more so i was asking for solution ...also my X country doesnt support uploading money to prepaid card to it or else i would have added vcc and withdrawn money to it

Whats boggling is why dont you just NAME your Country ...instead of calling it X.

You used methods that are proven to cause accounts to be limited.

If you want to be mysterious and miss out on advice that may exclude future limits that's your choice.

Cashing out paypal costs too much.

transferring between 'friends' can be potential problematic.

If you associate your friends with Country X's paypal, then there is a big chance these are not the sort of transactions that can do anything but give grief. Country X may not ever approve of them.

it does not matter what country you use , but u indian guys like this country for your paypals .

spend your funds , this is your best option

You can withdraw from the X country in the X way. You just send the funds via the X method and get them out like that. If X doesnt work, you can always try Y or even Z.
