Question about changing Paypal email address
 

ok heres my thoughts:

I sign up for a new aol acct to give me a new ip address.
I only log into paypal from the new windows user acct with the aol on it.
(to keep everything in order)

If I change the email address on the good Paypal acct -- what will that do if anything?

The reason I ask this is b/c I have had ebay accts removed that are associated with this good Paypal acct.

I'd like to continue using this Paypal acct with a good ebay acct.

then this 'good paypal account' is only good to buy anything OUTSIDE of ebay. That paypal is LINKED to bad ebay which means that using it again even with changing email will not work. Magic word to always recall LINK.
You should have a new paypal account to match a new ebay account, always/

Right, you can not reuse this Paypal account without it linking to your suspended eBay account.
