hi ,

am i able to withdraw my funds balance from my usa pp account to a payoneer card ?

i normally spend my funds , but would be good to get the cash

You need to apply and get accepted for their US payment service first. Then they will give you the VBA details to withdraw to... the card itself does not accept withdrawals on its own but will be attached to the VBA, so you can withdraw funds from it directly when you use the card in an ATM.

If I just put in the account payment information into paypal, will the transfer not go through?
