Paypal case need help
 

i need some information

there was a person that wanted to buy something from me via ebay

then he offered me a lower price , and he said he want more items then in the listing i have so i shown him what i have for sale

so we agreed on 3 sets of cards via ebay messages and using paypal invoice for 200$ ( listing was for 1 set of cards for 150$)

i sent him pictures and eveyrthing via ebay messages ( he choose 1 full set of card, other set with 14 cards missing, and many spare cards)

the invoice stated only his and mine adress, discribtion : 1 set of cards, 1 set with 14 cards missing and spare card,
terms & conditions : no returns, no refunds
190$ and 10$ shipping
EBAY ITEM ID WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE

so i sent him the cards+ some more spare gift cards

so now, he says he received it but hes disapointed as its not what he expected

claiming some cards are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, some are non-English and some from other set
also that their condition is very worn ( he saw all the pictures and i provided him with everything he asked) so he knew what he was getting , also listing stated that cards are in used condition, they are in good near mint condition - but have some sights of wear

so he firstly asked me for 200$ refund+ he pay shipping costs

after a few messages 165$

and finally 125$ + he return shipping

he also claims if i don't refund him and he don't send me the cards back he will report me to ebay as a off ebay transaction which would effect my seller account( but i wrote him in messages that its other items then in listing, and it will effect him too)

and open a case on paypal to get the money back( it states i dont have seller protection on the invoice, does he have protection on such invoice?)

could this be any kind of scam? what can i do in this situation if i don't want to refund him ? does he have the uperhand? are there any solutions?
