ebay account linked to suspended paypal email
 

i have stealth account that has been linked to a paypal email that was linked to a suspended ebay account. And obviously it's dim so i cant change that. But if i go to my paypal account and drop that email address and use a different one its still of no use right since the dropped email address is in database??? or is it like a domain address where if someone drops there domain.. someone else can take it so paypal can't link that email if i drop it

I think It's safe to say, get rid of the email, the paypal, and the Ebay account and start over, if its linked they will just link it to the next email account.

once an email account has been used with ebay,it can not be used again for any other account. not sure about paypal but would have to assume the same.
