Default Paypal can't send 1099 without SSN

I have 8 ebay accounts and I'm using 3 Paypal accounts for them, I use the same address and IP ect for all of them, and yes I realize that isn't the best idea but it's been working very good for months now. My question is, for 2012, I split each Paypal account up to only take in 100 payments and up to 10,000 in sales. I had 204 transactions and I am not sure about the gross amount but 103 transactions was on one PP account and the rest were split up between the other 2, I haven't been hit with the SSN/EIN request, so I think this will work for me. I sell roughly 800 items a year, so I will probably need more PP accts in the future but can PP report 1099 without a SSN? I'm only asking because if they don't ask me for it since I will have the payments split up, maybe I can get away with it, now I'm not trying to avoid paying taxes, I will file them under my real name as I have now every year.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Regardless, you are earning monies.

Taxes are payable.

Take professional tax advice and do not think asking on a forum is the final solution.
