After registering says add bill me later to your account? good or bad?

After I register it takes me to the bill me later page with the ability to add my ssn xxx-xx-blank. Does this mean my account is like super verified meaning they found me in the system already? Only happens sometimes.

I get it every time, the only way to sign up with BillMeLater requires Real Info and that includes a Real SSN#.

Except for two small things:

they ask for SSN & they go over the paypal account with a fine tooth comb.

Possibly not quite ideal for stealthers.
