PayPal Postage refund from Royal Mail
 

Hi

I have paid for postage on 2 parcels which had the wrong postage paid via paypal online postage with Royal Mail.

I have requested refunds on both which say it takes up to 5 working days and its now been 8 and it still says pending.

Does anyone know if i can call Royal Mail about this refund and if so what information they will need to look up the paypal transaction

Has anyone else had to chase a postage refund like this before?

Also how long has anyone waited for such a refund?

Ive been waiting since the 15 January for postage refunds from royal mail in my paypal account, but i guess we can kiss that money goodbye! :noidea:

Not even a decent reference number one could possible quote when calling them :s
