I wan tto create a stealth ebay and paypal but how do i get a dedicated static ip that never changes? and does it matter if the ip changes?? what do i iuse i already use nvpn whihc uses open vpn to log on for another account what do i use. I heard vpns aren't good for ebay and paypal if not then what is ?

It is okay for the ip to change, so long as you aren't using the same ip for each account. Ebay expects ip to change for users.

Remember to create separate user accounts on your computer so that you aren't linking cookies between accounts.

I use c cleaner to clear my cookies but what do i use to cahnge my ip
