Problem verifying account

I'm in the uk and I' have many stealth accts. I've had trouble getting accts verified since Xmas. After about 12 days I get the message from pp that says I haven't sent docs in and I've been limited.. And mind you I always check during the process to make sure they're going through. This happening to anyone else?
