3 Simple Questions about a new PayPal
 

I'll start by saying I really enjoy reading the discussions and threads on this forum. Obviously I don't like the problems, but thanks to all who answer and respond to people.

This is my first post... I have a few simple questions which I'm sure can be easily answered by those in knowledge.

1. Can I create a new PayPal and withdraw money through a check instead of using a bank account and verifying? Basically it would be anywhere between $150-$300 a month or maybe sometimes even less than $150 per month. (small change to most but helps for a college student)

2. Can I create that unverified account using my same home address as my previous permanently limited account?

3. Assuming 1 and 2 is ok, can I send the check(s) to my home address which is the same address on my previous permanently limited account, or must it altogether be a different address with the account and checks.

I would be using the account on a different IP address than my permanently limited eBay/PayPal account.

NOTE: I should mention the money would be sent directly from PayPal to PayPal, eBay would not be used.

If you are using the same name and address on a permanently limited account. You are likely to be out of luck. Maybe if the account was limited 5+ years ago you could try. But if it was in the last few years it wont work.

No reason to use the same address.

99% of the time they will catch it and shut you down.

Using any info from a banned account usually gets caught in time.

I think what you're trying to do is cash a physical check and you need a place to send that physical check? Try opening a local UPS box and getting the check sent there instead of your blacklisted address.

Simply put you should NOT use ANY old information - alter your address, get a post office box, move...so many options available if you get creative.

Yes, this is pretty much what it is. Ok, I've just created a new account under a friend's info. Can I use the same bank account on my limited paypal account, or must it be a different bank account?

I think this is the last step in my process since my friend helped me out by using his address/info etc.

You need a different bank account..

You really need to read the Stealth Ebook and read a bit more on the board.

1. We don't suggest you use friends, family info to make stealths
2. Every new Stealth requires NEW CC, Bank

You cant use the same bank account EVER again.
