Adding your personal credit card to stealth PayPal
 

Will the same country Bank Credit Card work for my stealth PayPal account?
Or do they see info such as address when you add a card?
Also if the above is possible is it a red flag if you add a second card on PayPal
and start withdrawing there?

No, they do not see the name on the card.

I would never add a personal cc to any stealth account.

Too many other options to do it.

Is this stealth account for your own country?

You are better to use a virtual credit card instead of one from your own bank.
That stops any chance of your name being found out.

You can add another card to paypal. No problems

If your account is Lithuania, I think you can transfer out to a card. BUT I do know you should make sure to be verified. Before you start transfers of money you will have to have some trust with paypal. Is the money from ebay or elsewhere?

Yes, my stealth account is for my own country Lithuania. You can withdraw out to a card there.

I've used a VCC to verify my stealth PayPal and I'm getting money from ebay. I've only started selling when accounts were aged 60+ days and I've successfully made some payments from my stealth PayPal. What bothers me is the cash out. I can't seem to find a right prepaid card so I could cash out from ATM. :)

GreenBean... I didn't mention VCC since he wants to cash out. That can't be done with VCC today. 3 years ago, sure, but not today. PP caught on to it.

Yeah, hoped you would confirm that card issue.
