Paypal Stamp Service

Is it safe to use their service.
Would it be BETTER for us sellers to use this service? With buyers saying "Never received goods etc" At least paypal can actualy see it in their face?

HI: I use ups--I then go in and add tracking.
EVERY single item i ship has tracking-no exceptions..
I place this in my ad/auction as well. Buyers like to get 2,3,4 items fro 99 cents and then expect to pay no or little shipping--tough.
Ive lost too much over the years with being nice.. Now--this is the one area we CAN CONTROL--our profit/loss.

Is that ups in connection with paypal?
If im not mistaken .co.uk is in connection with royal mail and can be printed on order through paypal. Therefore paypal have records in front of them....?

What about tracking showing a post office in another city from what you have listed -- do you just say dropshipper?
