checking account question.
 

Wondering if you can reuse a checking account from an account that went down but never received any payments. received the old mc169 email.But never received any payments. The account went down after a few days. ebay half.com websites.

doubt it very much, they have your details and it is bound to flag up, not worth risking it...Get another account I say, all the best!

If the PayPal account was never limited you may be able to. But you have to close down the PayPal and wait at-least 3 months before you can even think about trying to recycle it. You also have to start fresh with every other aspect. But it is possible I have done it before and I know a few others who have done it. But it does require completely closing down the PayPal; and the account can not have been limited which would prevent you from doing so anyways. It is usually best to use a new eBay account PayPal, windows user, etc. When running stealth's sometimes it is a hassle to make bank accounts explain or lie about the b.s. to them etc. It isn't a guarantee but it has been done.
