paypal wants to call to verify help please

hi i bought a paypal form a seller here.However i try to make payment over 24 hours and it says wants to call normally i click cancel and enter bank but not asking what to do?

How old is the account?
Are you using a VPS, VPN?
How much is the payment amount?

its about 1 week old im using vps but i bought it so i guess ip diff.I tried buying 17usd vps where can i buy a phone number to verify with?

You guess it is a different IP?

Did you not check the IP first?

Why did you even think of using an account without a working phone number?

You do need to do some serious reading.

As for a phone number, what about google voice?
