cant pay with bank transfer on paypal
 

this is just a basic paypal purchasing question..i bought an item on ebay and went to checkout on pp, usually the standard bank transfer payment is selected, but its not there. payment with my cc is selected and when i click on select other payment method, i only get pay with e-check or bill me later. no sign of just regular payment with bank transfer. my account is fully verified. thanks

if you have no money in your account, echeck is the only option

come on now....money in your paypal account. If you have no money or not enough in your paypal and your buying something it will turn into an echeck and take the needed money out of your debit/credit/checking account. echecks take around 3-5 days to process, but will show the seller you have paid, and its an echeck.

i dunno, ive never dealt with e-checks up until today...when im at the checkout window on ebay the little selected dot was always on bank transfer payment..no echecks/3-5 day wait necessary
