No access to paypal account
 

I cant login with my Paypal account and i find out my bank account bank account was removed.

Also I cant login with my paypal account.( since my Ebay account got suspended,because I haven't pay the ebay seller fees.but i paid the fees and ebay open the account to me again.)

I called the customer service from Paypal this morning.They ask me am I have another paypal account use with same computer. I told the staff I use the same computer with my brother.

What can i do to login with my paypal account ?

Few Questions:

1. Did you have separate user accounts for each account?

2. Did u change IP's between Accounts?

3. After calling Paypal, did you ask them to reset your account or anything?

Speak to your brother.

Check if he has had issues too.

Look at your SPAM folder in case of lost emails.

Call paypal AGAIN if your brother has no issues.

Did you create pp account? Do know the answers to the authorization questions when you request to change password?
