Quick question about paypal and bank account.
 

I added a chase bank account to a Paypal. I never got the micro deposits because The bank name was off. E.x - JP Morgan chase instead of the correct JP MORGAN CHASE CO, N.A. The Paypal was eventually limited for other reasons. Is it safe to add the Chase account to another Paypal even though it was never confirmed through micro-deposits but added to a limited one?

It's only as safe as you want it to be. If you don't care about the new PayPal, go ahead. There are more obvious things you can do, but you're walking a fine line.

If even the info of the bank went onto paypal, no you can not reuse that account.

Usually when you try, there's a message this bank account is associated with another account ( or similar).

Quickly learn the meaning of LINK.

Avoid links with stealth accounts.
