I refunded him in full, but because i didn't have a sufficient paypal balance at the time the refund was processed as an e-cheque- obviously meaning it takes 7-9 days to clear.
The refund is already 5 days into being processed, NOW the customer has just opened a item not recieved dispute ASWELL :eek: I am worried that paypal will award him another full refund ontop of the refund i have already issued.
Is it possible they will/can do this, or will they look at the transaction and tell the guy to fcuk off and that he has already been refunded?
