After verifing deposits paypal asks for birth and ein or ss
 

the last six months i have tried to use quite a few stealth accounts i purchased here on the boards. always get to pp to send 2 dep and verifing then goes to a continue screen and asks in stealth name date of birth and ss or ein number. i have bd but not ss or ein to match what can i do to bypass this step and get going. several accounts i had last year no problem, cant seem to find the answer any help?

Not sure but this never happen to me before i think it happen randomly and your account might be flag for high risk that why they ask for that.

More than likely selling items to fast. You have to be very slow especially in the States. Not trigger the PayPal 1099k limitations.

i never even got to that point.how could i sell if i coulndt get past that level

You got other issues , you need to make sure your stealth accounts are all good ip, name, bank, credit card blah blah because something is not right
