paypal partially limited

I posted about this issue a while back.
Here is a summary: I have had a paypal under a business name for like 2 years. I usually transfer money to my paypal using a bank account, wait 3 biz days, and then pay people. the reason I dont pay directly from my bank account is that my bank will charge me a 2% foreign transaction fee.
about a month ago, I tried to transfer money to paypal, and it said something about having to verify my identity. I entered last 4 digits of my SSN and they could not verify, account got partially limited. what I mean by "partially" is that the account still works, except I cannot transfer money from my bank account to paypal.
so they have asked me for a bunch of documents to resolve this issue, and I sent them these, but every time, they say it's not legible, it's too dark, the names don't match, etc. etc. it seems that they are not interested in resolving this issue.
so now my question is: can I remove this bank info from this paypal, forget about this paypal account, and open a new one using the same bank info? |
