Hey Stealthers

I am getting setup on my stealths. I have read the stealth book cover to cover several times now. I am leaning to setup a new longer term account using an LLC. They are kind of spendy so I wanted to hear from others if they are worth it or not? Has anyone been harassed on EIN numbers? I don't have any issues managing the requirements of an LLC, but is it worth it? Should I just do a DBA instead? Either was I can get an EIN.

You should talk to a tax professional to see which is best for you. The forum or members cannot help with that type of advice. Each situation is unique to the individual .

EIN can be a Tax ID for any business. It does not have to necessarily be some form of Corporation it can be a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, etc. It depends on what kind of business you are trying to set up, if already have had a PayPal with a SSN limited. Slim_Jim is correct. We can help you with some of what you need to do to set each type up if and when you decide what you are doing. But, we can not give you advice on which would work best for you. That you would need to see a lawyer and or a tax professional about.
