Accidently logged onto old banned paypal, best options?

I have an old paypal account that was banned since more than a year ago and I have been using a new one for about a year and half with no problems. Today I accidentally logged onto the old paypal on the same user account/ip/browser as the old banned paypal.

I have no idea what made me log into my old one on accident but my question is am I completely left to chance if my accounts will be linked or are there some steps I can take to lower the chance of linking?

I changed the IP, cleared the cookies and flash cookies using CC cleaner for all browsers, and I need to use my PayPal but I'm not sure what to do.

I didn't get any email yet regarding anything so I'm in the clear..for the moment.

Thanks

If something happen you can try to tell them that you sold your old pc but did not erase anything on it, the worst thing that can happen is if your new account is fully stealth and they want Some real information

The information on my old paypal and new paypal is different, except for the business name.

I feel like if someone reviewed the accounts they would link them, what is the chance they review accounts just by logging on the same IP?

Big , ip is one of the many ways they Link you

It's been a few days and I haven't had any problems yet, do you know if they usually link within a week or if it's been more than a week and no link then you're somewhat safe?

i wouldnt worry unless they start asking you questions, no need to stress yourself

if something does happen then there are usually ways to fix it, ie they might want some invoices, very do-able, even in a stealth account

Best option is not to worry. Do not repeat. Do make backup accounts just for hasslefree operations

Just be more careful. Use an excel spreadsheet and double check before logging in.

It might be ok but do not repeat it.

Good luck.
