Paypal Withdraw Question

can i withdraw money from a limited paypal account thats not under my name? because it is stealth its not under my name and it has a $2000 in it.. ill wait for 180days

somebody said that any bank account will do.. but i already tried it.. the money i withdraw with different bank account name came back to the paypal account because the name doesnt match.. also bank called me that day and i tried my friends bank account same result.. money doesnt get in

which bank did you use?

most banks it will be okay to have mismatched names but not all, also you said you will wait 180 days, is your account banned?
