Reusing bank accounts?

If pp.com mean PayPal yes. If the eBay as suspended and the PayPal was ok. I waited a month or so for everything to clear. Withdrew all the funds then closed the account. 3-4 months later i would open new stealth and and reuse the old Bank Account. Some people on here say it is a bad idea. It has worked for me multiple times. I really don't see what you have to lose other than the time of creating a new stealth account etc. Other members like me do not like opening and closing bank accounts. Anything to recycle one if possible really helps.

At one point, paypal had in its T&S it was possible to do just this.

If the paypal was in no way 'damaged' it was doable.

Then paypal changed its game. As of last week I can no longer even find that info I mentioned in the 1st sentence.

May have merit. Preferable to not take a risk ( for me).

In a nutshell.

paypal is too unreliable to take the chance.

Down the track ,I would hate for a well running account to be zapped because a bank account got re-used WHEN I have every opportunity of using a clean fresh account.

Why would you recycle a bank account to well running account? You would have to be a complete moron. I agree.

In general I have talked about reusing the bank account for a brand new stealth account not linked to anything else. If you go that route you really don't have much to lose.

It has worked for myself as I have stated and I have a few friends that run stealth's much more aggressively than myself that have also done it.
At least for US accounts it is possible.

But I must stress you must wait until all transactions have cleared without issue. I recommend the 60 days, then completely closing out the PayPal account. Then you wait another few months and start with a fresh stealth PayPal and eBay.

personally, i think one of the hardest parts of stealth is opening all the bank accts, anything that I can do to help reduce that number is worth it in my opinion

I just closed three pp accounts. ebay accounts had gone belly up two years ago. I will try to recycle accounts in 2-3 months with new stealth accounts and report back.

I would not want to build an account up to a power seller account to only have sneaky paypal all of a sudden send you an email, sorry you are banned because the bank acct you are using was used before.

All that work down the drain IF it gets caught.

But if you close a PayPal it has to be in good standing so that would not happen.
