Confirming Credit Card

I linked a vanilla visa card to lift the $500 withdraw a month limit, but when I click on "Account Limits", it says I'm fully verified but I still have the $500 limit, and I can't find anywhere where I can put the 4 digit code in now. Anyone else having issues like this?

The screen has changed recently on some accounts.

It has to be there somewhere.

Click on `Confirm credit card`and see if that activates the 4 digit entry box

Note what the OP said he did. That appeared to work.

For some reason, the actual paypal usa site has been buggy to navigate too.

If you have no luck let us know.
