having trouble with paypal
 

Hi guys been browsing for a while but not posted as yet but I have a problem hopefully someone can help me with. I recently purchased on eBay using a stealth and when I went to pay using PayPal it says error please use other card even though I was using PayPal balance. This has not happened before so I tried with a different account and paypal and again same message. Not quite sure what is going on with this, has anyone had a similar problem or any ideas as to what the problem is.

sounds like temp or soft hold how long ago did you receive the money in your paypal that you are trying to use to pay with?

Hi it's showing amount available as I also has some funds on hold as well.

Is the Paypal balance from recent sales?

They are available balance. Also try different card, bank, even billmelater. Same error
